The Landfall Trust is a not-for-profit
trust established through the legacy of the late Bradley Jacob Folensbee,
Jr. (Jake). Its mission is to perpetually preserve and conserve Landfall,
an eleven acre registered heritage property, and to avail the
facilities to individuals and organizations to practice the arts and
humanities that complement the local and provincial cultural heritage.
The Trust is governed by a Board of Directors having a long association
with the community of Brigus and who knew Jake and shared his vision
for the preservation and conservation of Landfall and the cultural
heritage of the area. The Directors serve on a volunteer basis and
without remuneration.
The
Trust is supported by member donations, private
contributions and, during the shoulder seasons of late spring and
early fall, rental of the cottage as a vacation retreat.

in the Landfall Trust and its support and contributions to the arts,
cultural heritage, and the preservation of the environment.
