its cultural and heritage programs and to achieve long term sustainability

| Designation of the Trust as a charity
for tax purposes by the Canada Revenue Agency is pending and is anticipated
before the end of Summer 2007. Any contributions received in 2007
dated prior to the date of charitable status designation will be tax
deductible and an appropriate receipt will be issued. |

The Estate of Bradley Jacob Folensbee, Jr. provided major contributions
enabling the preservation of Landfall Cottage and its dedicated
use by the Landfall Trust.
The Trust was incorporated, under the Corporations
Act of Newfoundland and Labrador, in March of 2005.
